    I didn’t like either answer and wanted a way to put how I use it. I use it to stimulate thought in areas I may not have gone to, and to deepen spirituality. I also find it sometimes give s me insights into the problems and history of the church itself.

    I don’t understand the categories either. Frankly I don’t find that much to use. I quickly scan, but many posts seem to be saying the same things that we were saying 20 years ago. From the title I was hoping that Dmergent would be more of a forum for those Disciples who are way out on the cutting edge with emergent-model communities. But I don’t see a lot of those folks posting here.
